When making a booking please ensure you provide the following details:
- Contact name & number
- Pick up time required
- Full address including postcode
- Number of passengers
- Amount of luggage
- Airport terminal required
- Return flight information
Go2 accept advance airport bookings by email, but these are only valid once you have received confirmation from us. We always respond to bookings and emails asap, but during busier times this may take up to 24 hours. If you do not receive a response within this time please check with us by phone. If you need to cancel your airport booking we will require 12 hours notice and no charge will be made. Where no cancellation is received or incorrect information is provided by the customer resulting in an unnecessary journey, the full fare will be payable.
Payment is required in full at the end of each individual journey. We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards. Any prices listed on this website are to be used only as a guide, a quote can be provided by email or phone for your specific journey. Any parking fees or tolls/congestion charges will be added at the end of the journey.
Please advise us at the time of booking if you are travelling with any excess luggage, wheelchairs, pushchairs, golf clubs, sports equipment, etc.
Occasionally a sub-contractor may be used to fulfil your booking, any sub-contractor will be fully licensed, insured and DBS checked by the local authority.
Go2 shall not be held responsible for any delay due to adverse weather, traffic conditions, mechanical failure or any unforeseen circumstances.
